Research on Comprehensive Utility Evaluation Model of the Infrastructure ERP System

To satisfy the development demands of power grid infrastructure projects, aiming at the challenges of effective management and efficient application of numerous infrastructure projects and project cost data, this paper proposes a comprehensive utility evaluation model for infrastructure enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, which contains two evaluation systems: performance evaluation and value evaluation of infrastructure ERP systems. First, the proposed model adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the performance and value evaluation index system of infrastructure ERP systems and obtain subjective weights. Second, and improve the scientificity and objectivity of evaluation, the proposed model adopts entropy methods to evaluate its objective attributes. Finally, the proposed model combines subjective and objective weights to obtain the final comprehensive utility evaluation weight. The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified through a case study. The results show that the proposed model can effectively reflect the benefits and value of the system.
