Overview of Distributed Storage of Power Grid Control Resources Data

With the successive promotion and deepening of the building of smart grid, the real-time data access is becoming larger and larger, and the lots of different data generated by behavior of power grid and hardware detection is also increasing exponentially. Therefore, how to effectively store these power grid control resources data has become a very important and challenging issue of common concern in both industry and academia. Given the great application and research significance of the power grid control resources data storage, it is necessary to summarize the current situation and challenges for storing of the big data in the power grid application system, so as to provide a valuable reference for the construction of relevant applications in the future. In this overview, we first introduce the sources and characteristics of power grid control resources data, and then analyze the requirements, objectives, and challenges of the storage of power grid control resources data. On this basis, the current mainstream system of the distributed storage of power grid control resources data are introduced in detail.
