摘要

new ketone, vicamazone (4-(2-butoxyethoxy)-4-methylpentan-2-one) ( 1 ), was isolated from the leaves of Victoria amazonica (Nymphaeaceae). The structure of the new 4-methylpentan-2-one derivative was elucidated by chemical and physical evidences.
