摘要

•Five new germacrane sesquiterpene lactones were isolated from Salvia Petrophila.•These sesquiterpenes are unusual with an endocyclic double bond in the γ-lactone ring.•All new compounds exhibited moderate anti-inflammatory activities in vitro.
