摘要

•A simple tosylhydrazone probe has been developed for ClO− detection.•The probe could detect ClO− via ratiometric fluorescent signals in a semi-aqueous solution.•The probe has been applied for imaging exogenous and endogenous ClO− in ER of HeLa cells.
