摘要
In this study, the validation result of a dental X-ray device using flexible multibody dynamic modeling based on experimental data is presented. A dental X-ray device is used to find the cavity of the tooth structure and jaw joints. The overall shape of human teeth and jaw joints are captured while the equipment driving part is utilized. However, ripples occur during imaging, which degrades the shooting quality. To identify the problem, the frequency of main frame was analyzed by performing a modal analysis based on Craig- Bampton method, which is a CMS (component mode synthesis) technique. Furthermore, to understand the ripples in the driving element, bearing and belt modeling, as well as contact modeling between base and ground, were performed. Then, the resulting model was validated using the experimental data of the actual device.
