摘要

•A novel reactive fluorescent monomer DADENA containing disulfide was synthesized.•UV–Vis absorption and fluorescent properties of DADENA were studied.•As an application example, the polyurethane with DADENA units were prepared.•Both of the monomer and polymer have a potential in biological engineering.
