摘要

•Synergistic denitrification obviously improved the denitrification performance.•The optimal nitrogen removal was achieved under the molar ratio C/N/S of 1:1:0.4.•The function bacteria were Thauera, Thiobacillus and Sulfurimonas in the mixotrophic system.
