Piezoelectric Control of Spin Quantum Memories in a Cryogenic Programmable Photonic Circuit Platform

We demonstrate piezoelectric strain control of diamond tin vacancy defects in cryogenic photonic integrated circuits fabricated in a 200 mm CMOS platform, enabling frequency tuning and control bandwidth above 20 GHz and 2 GHz, respectively.
