Microresonator Frequency Comb-Based Transmission of Intensity Modulated Direct Detection Data

摘要
We demonstrate high-speed transmission of 30Gbaud NRZ and PAM4 data using a silicon nitride microresonator frequency comb. We achieve bit-error-rates below the FEC limit and a low power penalty of 0.1dB compared to B2B characterization.
