摘要

We present a bottom emitting 1060nm intracavity metal-aperture VCSELs array for co-packed optics. The metal-aperture provides the modulation bandwidth-enhancement and single-mode operation. We demonstrated 60Gbps PAM4 and 46Gbps NRZ for 16-ch bottom emitting array.
