摘要
•Low serum induced two-dimensional cultured smooth muscle cells to produce more extracellular matrix proteins.•The food grade peanut wire-drawing protein scaffold can be used as a cell scaffold for cell adhesion.•Smooth muscle cells can proliferate on peanut wire-drawing protein scaffold and secrete a large number of muscle proteins and extracellular matrix proteins.•The life activities of smooth muscle cells on scaffolds further improve the basic composition and texture of cultured meat.
