摘要
This article studies the use of a new and efficient coagulant to strengthen the coagulation process of oil production wastewater, and ensure that the water quality is stable and meets the standard without changing the existing conventional treatment process. Comparative analysis of effect of polyaluminum chloride (PAC), FeCl3 and polyferric sulfate (PFS) on the removal of oil production wastewater. The response surface method was used to explore the effects of pH, temperature, precipitation time, coagulant dosage, etc. on the coagulation effect. The results show that the optimal pH is 5.2; The best temperature is 50 degrees C, the best precipitation time is 1.5 h, and the best dosage of PFS is 700 mg/L. Under the best reaction conditions, the effluent can reach GB 8978-1996 "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge" Standard" Level 1 emission standard. The enhanced coagulation process has a good treatment effect on oil production wastewater.
