摘要
•C-MoS2 nanocomposite is synthesized by co-sputtering method.•Formation of C-MoS2 nanoworms is confirmed by XRD, XPS and FE-SEM.•Symmetric device exhibits high specific capacitance of 118 F g−1 at 0.1 mA cm−2.•High energy of 41.21 WhKg-1and power density of 0.61 kWkg−1.•A capacity retention upto 96.7% after 5000 cycles at 1mAcm−2 current density.
