Iodine and bromine salts of benzyl triphenyl arsonium derivatives were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and rotating disk electrode voltammetry, and the effect of -NO2, -OCH3 and -CH3 substituents on their electrochemical behaviour has been analysed.
