Optimizing Method of Measuring Point Position of Transformer Core Vibration Sensor

It is very important to choose the location of the transformer core vibration monitoring measurement point for the transformer core vibration monitoring. This paper explores a method for optimizing the position of sensor measurement points based on the vibration acceleration cloud map of the transformer core. In this method, the transformer core is modeled and analyzed, and the core model is subjected to electric-magnetic-force multi-physics simulation through finite element software, the vibration acceleration distribution on the surface of the transformer core is analyzed, and the optimal core vibration measurement point location is selected. Vibration signals are collected at the selected measuring points through the optical fiber vibration sensor to obtain higher quality vibration acceleration data, which provides a basis for the state recognition of the iron core.
