Prévalence de l’utilisation et de la dépendance aux benzodiazépines au Liban

Le dispositif de consultations de crise (CdC), du service de pédopsychiatrie du CHU de Reims, a été créé afin de répondre à une demande de plus en plus importante pour des interventions rapides auprès des mineurs.L’objectif de cette étude est d’observer les caractéristiques de la population accueillie au sein de ce dispositif et d’explorer les liens entre les données, afin d’émettre des hypothèses quant à ses spécificités.Nous avons réalisé une étude transversale sur les données recueillies lors des évaluations téléphoniques entre juin 2016 et janvier 2018. Une analyse univariée sur 263 contacts téléphoniques a été réalisée à l’aide du logiciel EpiInfo© et de l’interface statistique pvalue.io© utilisant le logiciel de statistiques R.Une activité plus importante du service est retrouvée durant la période scolaire. La majorité des mineurs n’ont pas de suivi psychiatrique ou psychologique. Les garçons consultent plutôt pour des troubles externalisés.Notre étude a permis de dresser un profil sociodémographique et montrer certaines tendances, observées au sein des CdC du service de pédopsychiatrie du CHU de Reims, et notamment la multiplicité des motifs de consultation. À l’heure où la crise sanitaire impacte la santé mentale de l’ensemble de la population et augmente les délais de prise en charge, ce type de dispositif a toute son indication dans la réorganisation possible de l’offre de soins des CMP. Des CdC permettraient de signaler les situations les plus urgentes qui bénéficieraient alors de prises en charge spécifiques (hospitalières, médicamenteuses, consultations dédiées).The crisis consultation unit (CCU) of the child psychiatry department of the Reims University Hospital was created to respond to an increasing demand for rapid interventions with minors.The objective of this study is to observe the characteristics of the population received in this facility and to explore the links between the data, to hypothesize about its specificities.We conducted a cross-sectional study of data collected during telephone assessments between June 2016 and January 2018. A univariate analysis was performed using EpiInfo© software and the pvalue.io© statistical interface using R statistical software. A total of 263 telephone contacts were counted.A greater activity of the service is found during the school period. The majority of minors did not have any psychiatric or psychological follow-up at the time of the call. Boys consulted earlier, preferably for externalized disorders. The youngest children are often referred to prevent symptoms following an acute stress.Our study allowed us to draw up a sociodemographic profile and to show certain trends observed within the CCU of the child psychiatry department of the Reims University Hospital, in particular the multiplicity of reasons for consultation. At a time when the health crisis is impacting the mental health of the entire population and increasing the time required for treatment, this type of system is particularly relevant to the possible reorganization of the care offered by the CMP. The CCU would make it possible to report the most urgent situations, which would then benefit from specific care (hospitalization, medication, specific consultations).
