Ecosystem Health Comparison in Between Tatarstan and Samara State, Russia

For sustainable development and the best natural resources management, an ecosystem health assessment is necessary. There are a large number of natural and manmade causes to degrade an ecosystem. This research work uses RS/GIS technology under the PSR framework with the AHP weight method to derive ecosystem health from Russian states such as Tatarstan and Samara from 2010 to 2020. Results show continuous degradation of ecosystem health at Tatarstan state while in samara first degrades than improved. It's a real-time innovative research approach for the best natural resource mapping, monitoring, and management.
