摘要

Most of the patients presented at least 1 episode of hypotension, rarely being symptomatic and not related to the number of antihypertensives. the low frequency of the dipper pattern, the high prevalence of obesity, and the poor control of systolic blood pressure require greater control of cardiovascular risk in the study population.
