Study on the Motion Attitude of the Commercial Car Loaded in Railway Special Vehicle During Impact

To ensure commercial car transportation safety and avoid the contact of commercial cars with special railway vehicles, a method of restoring commercial car motion attitude was designed, which was motivated by the transportation needs of commercial cars loaded in special railway vehicles. This method can obtain the maximum longitudinal and transverse dynamic displacements of commercial cars in railway impact tests based on the data of displacement sensors. First, a model was established to describe the position relationship of points marked on commercial cars. Second, the numerical solution of the model was obtained by the Newton method. Finally, the translational and rotational transfer matrixes were deduced. The coordinates of points on the commercial car can be obtained by using the translational and rotational transfer matrixes. Furthermore, based on the commercial car danger points, the maximum longitudinal and transverse dynamic displacements of commercial car can be obtained.
