Huge Diagnostic and Treatment Challenges-A Confusing Coexistence

This case report describes a man in his 30s with no known medical history presented to the emergency department with 6 hours of vertigo, vomiting, dysarthria, and left-sided weakness and was subsequently diagnosed with stroke-heart syndrome.
