摘要

•An effective approach for isolating anti-ACE peptide from Ulva prolifera protein hydrolysate was established.•The interaction between DIGGL and ACE was analyzed.•DIGGL could keep activity after the in vitro gastrointestinal protease digestion (pepsin-trypsin).•The vasodilation mechanism of DIGGL was explored in this study.•DIGGL could promote the proliferation of mice splenocytes.
