摘要
Photonic crystal cavity based optical filter for integration of graphene wide band thermal optical source with nanophotonic circuits was studied. Parameters of the filter were optimized to obtain transmission maximum close to 1550nm wavelength with a rather narrow bandwidth and high transmittance value.
