An Improved Differential Evolution Optimization-Based Source Reconstruction Method by Employing Near-field Scanning

An improved source reconstruction method (SRM) based on near-field (NF) scanning is proposed in this paper. The differential evolution (DE) optimization method is employed to calculate the equivalent dipole model, which is used as reconstructed source. Compared with the conventional SRM, in order to achieve faster convergence, magnetic dipoles in the x, y directions and electric dipoles in the z direction are optimized concurrently according to magnetic NF data in the x, y directions and electric NF data in the z direction respectively at the beginning of the iteration. In addition, electromagnetic dipole and NF data in the x, y and z directions can be arbitrarily selected to improve the effectiveness and flexibility. The accuracy of the NF pattern on the validation plane, predicted coupling power of victim microstrip line and predicted 3-meter far field can verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
