TXRF spectral information enhanced by multivariate analysis: A new strategy for food fingerprint

摘要
•24 genotypes of bean grown on 2 different sites were studied to trace their origin.•A method for the elemental analysis of legumes with TXRF was developed.•Both quantitative and spectral data were analysed with multivariate methods.•The use of PLS-DA with SNV-GLSW on TXRF spectra allow to classify the beans origin.•TXRF spectra were used as food fingerprint to trace its geographical origin.
