摘要
we demonstrate ultra-strong light- matter coupling up to 200K with continuously graded parabolic quantum wells inserted in metallic microcavities at THz frequencies. The harmonic quantization of the wavefunctions protects the intersubband (ISB) transition from Coulomb interactions that allows the measurement of an ISB polariton mode as low as 1.8 THz.
