摘要

•A homogeneous fluorescent CA153 probe based on FRET strategy was fabricated employing UCNPs and FAM as energy donor and acceptor, respectively.•Both coexcitation of the donor-acceptor pair and autofluorescence from biosamples can be inhibited, thus precluding false positive signals.•Due to the great selectively, this probe was available for CA153 detection in human serum.
