Multi-hop Remote Single Qubit State Preparation Based on Arbitrary Bell States

Remote quantum state preparation is of great significance in quantum communication networks and long distance quantum information transmission. In this paper, a multi-hop remote single-qubit state preparation scheme is proposed for quantum networks. In each hop, Bell states are used as quantum channels and a quantum state is transmitted to a destination node through intermediate nodes. By analyzing one-hop and two-hop remote state preparation, we extend the scheme to n -hop remote state preparation, where logical algebra expressions are introduced to present final results. Our scheme achieves the total success probability of “1” and is independent of the types of Bell states and the number of intermediate nodes.
