Liquid-liquid equilibrium of water, ethyl acrylate, and alkyl alcohol solvents: Extractant screening and thermodynamic analysis

•Fill in the relevant data of the water + Ethyl Acrylate system to provide data basis for the industrial separation of Ethyl Acrylate.•Binary interaction parameter of UNIQUAC and NRTL models were adjusted to experimental data.•The calculated solubility data are closed to the experimental values.•The fitting parameters were inspected by the GUI-MATLAB tool.•The experiment found that the alcohol with more carbon number has better extraction effect on Ethyl Acrylate in water.
