摘要
Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is among the most common cancers in the United States (US; Thompson et al., 2016). Tumor diameter is an important prognostic factor in cSCC, with a diameter ≥2.0 cm conferring a higher risk of disease-specific death. Although socioeconomic status (SES) has been associated with poor prognosis in various malignancies (Cheng et al., 2021), few US studies have explored SES in relation to cSCC outcomes or specific high-risk cSCC features (Broadbent et al., 2016).
