Corrigendum to “current Trends in U.S. General Surgery Practice Consolidation” [am. J. Surg. 223 (2022) 477–480]

The authors regret an error in the manuscript that occurred during analysis. In a review of the analysis process, the correct year for the 2012 data in the manuscript has been identified and confirmed as 2014. Thus, at any point in the manuscript, tables, or figures that refers to data from 2012, consider it instead as data from 2014. The authors believe the change does not substantially alter the conclusions of the research.
