摘要

•An Off-Off fluorescence sensor for detection of glutathione is designed.•This method provides a low cost, simple operation and environmental friendly GSH detection method.•The sensor possesses excellent selectivity toward GSH.•The linear range is 1–300 μM with a low detection limit of 0.48 μM.
