摘要
Evoke spinal cord stimulation (SCS) technology continuously monitors spinal cord (SC) activation, and automatically adjusts stimulation in real-time using an evoked compound action potential (ECAP) controlled closed-loop (CL) feedback mechanism. Results from recent level 1 (Evoke study)1 and level 2 (Avalon study)2 studies demonstrated the long-term safety and superior efficacy of ECAP-CL system. This study aims to characterize clinical outcomes of a real-world chronic pain population utilizing the ECAP-controlled closed-loop system.
