Abstract
薄层色谱法因具有设备简单﹑操作简便﹑鉴定方便等诸多特点而被广泛应用于化工﹑食品﹑药品及医疗检验等领域当中,是高等院校有机或分析化学实验的必修课程之一.试验证明,在以硅胶为吸附剂的薄层色谱法中,比移值与化合物的极性大小没有必然的关系.比移值的大小一定程度上能够反映出化合物分子中所含极性基团的多少,而与化合物分子整体的极性大小无关.
