摘要
Background: Advancements in cancer treatments have improved five-year survival to 85% for pediatric, adolescents, and young adults, creating opportunities to optimize quality of life in survivorship. Some cancer therapies place patients at risk of infertility. Guidelines recommend fertility preservation (FP) consultation for all reproductive age patients at risk for infertility; however, disparities persist. We describe the implementation of a national database at two pilot sites with plans for national expansion and research to improve care.
