摘要

•AKI after TAVR is associated with increased risk of mortality.•A contrast volume greater than 2× and 3× eGFR was strongly associated with AKI.•General anesthesia was also a modifiable procedural factor associated with AKI.•Lower contrast dose and moderate sedation could reduce the incidence of AKI.•These strategies may be targets for future quality improvement initiatives.
