摘要

•PBS is added to PDMS/Ag composites to net and anchor PDMS chains on the adherend.•It shows good adhesion strength (5.93 MPa) and low resistivity (1.3 × 10−4 Ω·cm).•The conductive composite improves the bonding rigid chips on soft substrate.•A temperature sensor that can twist and stretch to 70% elongation is demonstrated.
