Cost Evaluation of Electric Hydrogen Energy System Based on Renewable Energy Power Generation

摘要
This paper proposes an optimization-based approach to estimate the cost of an electric hydrogen energy system (EHES) with wind turbine (WT) and photovoltaic (PV). According to the operating modes of WT, PV, hydrogen production system(HP), and fuel cell vehicle(FCV), an objective function of the EHES is constituted and constraints are obtained under a given hydrogen load. To solve the minimization problem, mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) is applied to build the EHES cost evaluation algorithm. Finally, the simulation results of three different situations are obtained through MATLAB's YALMIP toolbox to compare the total cost and power supply of the system.
