摘要

•Cyclohexylammonium bromide (CMABr) is introduced into HTL to form 3D/2D perovskite.•The excess PbI2 on perovskite reacts with CMABr on HTL to form the 2D perovskite.•The exotic CMA+ and Br− insert perovskite to compensate A-site and X-site vacancies.•The CMABr-doped PSC achieves a maximum PCE of 23.56% with excellent stability.
