摘要
The contexture of lymphocytes in the micro-environment of multiple cancers has proven informative towards the survival of patients. In early oral cancer, we have recently established that the occurrence of clusters between CD20 B cells and CD4 T cells at invasive margin, captured by the CD20 Cluster Score, is positively associated with patient survival (OncoImmunology, 2021, 10(1):1882743). Currently, the exact contribution of different CD4 helper T cell subsets as well as B cell subsets towards this CD20 Cluster Score is largely unknown.
