Single-shot microscope for simultaneous determination of fifteen cellular biophysical parameters

Cytometry is a ubiquitous tool in biological sciences, allowing rapid determination of cellular health. We present a single-shot microscope capable of simultaneously determining fifteen biophysical parameters, including the cellular water content (by mass and volume), longitudinal modulus, refractive index, mass density, and other parameters.
