摘要
•Psychotic patients with higher levels of childhood trauma experience more stress related to daily life activities and events and have more intense emotional and psychotic responses.•Emotional maltreatment is the trauma subtype that most strongly predicts stress reactivity.•Patients reported higher stress, negative affect, and psychosis in relation to internal experiences, while recreational actions were the least stressful.•Social activities were associated with higher stress in the high trauma group, particularly in the presence of sexual abuse.
