摘要

•New 5-ylidene derivatives of 4-phenylamino-1,3-thiazol-2(5H)-one were synthesized.•The phenomena of proton tautomerism and stereoisomerism were investigated.•Compounds were characterized by X-ray analysis, NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy.•Theoretical analysis of the intermolecular interactions was performed.
