摘要
•Ta has a significant effect on the soft magnetic properties of the stress-annealed alloy via affecting its Kμ, dw and γw.•< K > is absolutely dominated by Kμ under the Ta range of 803 ∼ 913 K, wherein the value of Kμ/ is greater than 16.7.•Kμ, dw and γw all exhibit similar variation trends with the increasing Ta, while show a completely opposite trend to the μe.•The difference in the P for stress-annealed cores prepared under different Ta is mainly due to the different Ph.•Stress-annealed nanocrystalline core treated under Ta = 863 ∼ 883 K exhibit excellent magnetic properties.
