A High Accuracy and Wide Input Voltage Range Current Sense Amplifier for Bidirectional High-Side and Low-Side Current-Sensing

摘要
This paper presents a high accuracy and wide input voltage range current sense amplifier based on 0.8µm BCD technology. The adaptive power conversion circuit is used to achieve that its input common-mode voltage can independently range from OV to 30V. In addition, The CMRR (Common-mode Rejection Ratio) and gain error configuration method is proposed to realize the simultaneous configuration of CMRR and gain error when trimming after packaging. As results, the simulated CMRR is higher than 105dB, with the gain error being less than 0.05%.
