摘要
In this study, 13 nurses with more than 10 years of experience as clinical nurses in the surgical field were given a simulated experience of postoperative delirium using VR, and the changes that occurred before, during, and after the experience were analyzed from three perspectives: subjective data, psychological data, and objective data. The results showed that the subjective data before and after the VR viewing changed in a way that was more in tune with the patient's inner world. The psychological data showed significant differences in six of the eight items, including "anger-hostility," "confusion-embarrassment," and "tension-anxiety". Objective data showed significant differences in two of the six items: "Falling ceiling" and "No change for the second time," and "Cockroaches appeared on the ceiling" and "A person wearing a protective suit appeared.
