摘要
Dry reforming of methane (DRM) can convert the greenhouse gases to more valuable and easy separated syngas, which is of industrial and environmental importance. However, the reaction suffers from catalyst deactivation arising from the carbon deposition. Herein, we developed a perovskite PrCrO3-delta-supported nickel catalyst with high conversion rates of CH4 (-89 %) and CO2 (-88 %), as well as excellent stability (>110 h) by a few Ce doping. The results demonstrated that surface oxygen vacancies played a crucial role in coking resistance. The prepared Ni@Pr1-xCexCrO3 has proven effective in converting the carbon rapidly into CO to suppress carbon deposition, improving the stability of the catalyst. This strategy provides a potential solution for the efficient conversion of the low calorific value fuels.
