摘要
The thermoelectric (TE) devices can transform waste heat into electrical power for immediate heating and cooling thanks to the quick development of semiconductor materials. Cooling is the process of achieving and maintaining a temperature that is lower than the immediate environment. Even while traditional air coolers are more affordable and cost-effective, their limited ability to reduce temperature renders them impractical. While modern air conditioners are capable of significantly lowering temperatures, they also require refrigerants that harm the environment and contribute to global warming. As a result, the importance of TE devices can help cool electronics, making them affordable and environmentally friendly. The goal of this work is to design and create a system that can have a significant cooling impact. The work involved creating a Peltier-based air cooler and analysing heat transfer rates and energy efficiency ratios in more detail (EER). By submerging the copper tubes in the water-based blended solution, a set of Peltier modules were utilised to cool the copper plate sink through which the heat was collected from the water. The proposed hybrid TE air cooling unit has greatly better cooling properties over the current dessert coolers thanks to evolving hybrid technology.
