Implementation of a comprehensive prehabilitation program for patients undergoing radical cystectomy

•Implementation of a comprehensive prehabilitation program at a high-volume bladder cancer referral center is feasible.•Overall, the interventions evaluated in this study were completed with a high rate of participation by patients.•Willing collaboration from consultants and allied healthcare providers makes these programs successful and fun.•Future data on the impact of our comprehensive prehabilitation program on perioperative complications and oncologic outcomes are not yet mature but will ultimately define the efficacy of this program.
