摘要
Pediatricians routinely care for children with medical complexity (CMC), yet complex care is not a standard part of their training. In “Core curricular priorities in the care of children with medical complexity: A North American modified Delphi study,” we reported on a consensus development process that identified essential topics to include in a formal complex care curriculum for pediatric residents.1 We described 11 curricular priorities related to multisystem clinical issues, as well as medical technology care, safety/emergency planning, care coordination, and advocacy.
